During the online ordering process customers are asked to provide us with their personal contact details as well as the recipient’s. In the event of a problem arising, Vital Flowers will contact the customer or the recipient to resolve the issue, thus it is essential that the correct information is given to avoid delays in delivery. Please ensure you have given us the correct full name, address, postcode, and contact number for yourself and the recipient.
If incorrect personal details are given, there may be a delay in delivery. We are not liable for late or non delivery, or delivery to the wrong address if the customer has provided us an incorrect address.
If we are unable to deliver directly to the recipient, we may accept a signature from a relative or co-worker as proof of delivery. We may also leave flowers in a communal area, such as in a corridor outside the recipient’s flat if we feel it is safe to do so.
In locations where third parties are involved in receiving deliveries such as hotels, hospitals, residences with concierge desks, or offices, the signature of the person authorised to receive the order will be accepted as proof of delivery.
In the event that we are unable to meet in person with the recipient, we will leave a card with the appropriate contact numbers for rescheduling or with details of where the flowers have been left (in communal space, at the hotel desk e.t.c.).
All plants, flowers and sundries can be delivered nationwide (mainland UK) by currier. Northern Island and The Channel Islands are considered non-mainland UK. We use our own delivery service for London postcodes. All our flowers are delivered in water.
